You’re left with pure protein, which is amazing for losing weight. The vitamin B12 in eggs is also excellent at breaking down fat cells. Eggs should be a part of any diet, whether fried in olive oil, boiled, scrambled, or make into an omellette.

    Low fat, low sugar dairy such as fat free, sugar reduced yogurts and fat reduced milk are a great way to burn fat fast. Studies have shown that when men and women eat low fat dairy products they lose between 50-70% more fat than the control group. This is in moderation of course – eating yogurt all day will not help.

    Beans are incredibly high in fiber and protein. They make an excellent addition to any meal, especially later in the day due to their low carb content. The combination of fiber and protein will help retain muscle mass as well as keep you full – which is important if going to sleep not-hungry is important to you!

    Green Tea, although a beverage, is important to include with meals. Not only does it keep you feeling fuller longer, but it promotes a gentle boost of energy, and increases your metabolism. This helps burn calories and fat all day, even without additional exercise.
